Brandau’s Edgeworks is family run company with more than twenty-eight years in the knife sharpening and cutlery industry. The Brandau’s have been sharpening for restaurants, residents, and other businesses in the Healdsburg area since 1993.
“I grew up here in Healdsburg, and worked in restaurants for many years. I understand how important a sharp set of knives is in the kitchen. People rely on their tools to perform and stay sharp for many weeks at a time. I am happy to provide a service that makes day-to-day cooking just a little bit easier for local chefs”
